Refunds are applicable within 1 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Circumstances for Refund:

– Quality Issues: If the purchased tiny house exhibits material defects or craftsmanship issues that significantly affect its functionality and usability, a refund may be considered.

–  Non-Delivery: In the event that the tiny house is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe due to reasons attributable to Boulder Living PTY LTD, a refund will be issued.

Exclusions from Refund:

– Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for purchases where the customer simply changes their mind or decides the tiny house does not meet personal preferences.

– Damage Due to Customer Mishandling: Any damage caused to the tiny house due to mishandling or improper installation by the customer or a third party hired by the customer will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process:

Customers seeking a refund must notify Boulder Living PTY LTD in writing or via email within the specified refund period, providing comprehensive details and evidence of the issue or reason for the refund request.

Once the request is received and validated, Boulder Living PTY LTD will assess the claim and determine whether a refund is warranted.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method used during the purchase.
